Clean rooms are special temperature controlled rooms where Temperature, Relative Humidity and Particle Count are regulated. In order to attain and maintain the desired conditions in the room, Air Conditioning is Integrated with Air Filtration.

Air Filtration takes place at sub-micronic levels, 0.3micron level to be precise, at a very high efficiency of 99.99%. To prevent contaminants from entering the room, the room is maintained at a positive pressure relative to the adjacent rooms. We are looking for inqueries from South India & Overseas Countries.

Clean Room Wall & Ceiling Panels

Modular Clean Room is an easy & less time consuming to instal alternative to conventional Clean Rooms. These can be reoriented or extended or shifted without much difficulty.

Mark Air’s Modular Wall & Ceiling systems are pre-engineered, (both progressive and non-progressive design available) that offer flexibility for future expansions and/or modification. Prefabricated modular Clean Room Walls are designed as a totally freestanding self-contained room or in conjunction with existing walls. The Ceiling Panels is walk-on type and strong enough to take the load of two adults within one SqM.

Modular panel surfaces are designed to meet all Clean Room needs. Typical skins of the panels are Aluminium Powder coated, pre-painted GI or SS304 of 0.5 to 0.8mm thickness, High Pressure Laminate (HPL) or Clear Glass/polycarbonate. Modular panel’s cores include paper honeycomb, expanded polystyrene (EPS) or Polyurethane Foam (PUF). RAL9001 is our standard panel skin colour, however any colour can be matched.

Quality
Our wall systems can be constructed to meet your exact requirements or preferences using a multitude of surfaces. The surface is protected with a polythene guard film, to be peeled off after installation. The entire construction is made leak free using Silicone Sealant.

Price
Our modular construction will provide your organization with cost savings in design, construction and maintenance. Further these systems could qualify for the accelerated depreciation vs. longer period for conventionally constructed facilities. Your Auditor’s could throw more light on this.

Sterile Rooms are the same as Clean Rooms. These rooms are not only dust free but also micro-organisms free. These rooms are defined as per international Standards such as US Federal Standard 209E or ISO-14644-1.

Based on the requirement of the Client and his application, we design suitable systems to achieve the desired conditions such as Temperature, Relative Humidity, Cleanliness level etc. in the Clean Room. The desired conditions are achieved by integration of Air-conditioning and filtration.

Filtration takes place at sub-micron level, at 0.3microns level to be precise at a very high efficiency of 99.99%. For the a certain level of Cleanliness to be achieved in a room a certain quantity of air has to be supplied to the room through HEPA filters.

The air entering the room after HEPA filtration is better that Class 100 clean. This air is already cooled and conditioned in the Air Handling Unit to achieve the temperature and RH in the room. The Class 100 air that enters the room, fills the room and carries with it the suspended partlcles and pushes the settled particles at the floor level to the corners of the room, where Return Air Risers are installed to carry the contaminated air to the AHU for reprocessing. 

Though the room condition, mainly the Cleanliness level, is achieved by the AHU and HVAC systems, it can be sustained only by having proper interior finishes in the room.

In Modular Clean Rooms the Wall and Ceiling Panels are designed in such a way that they do not shed particles, contaminant/dust collection is minimum and cleaning is easier.

In Conventional Clean Rooms Wall has to be smoothened with Putty and fully coated with Epoxy/PU to make it non-shedding and impervious.

False Ceiling has to be made of rigid material and suspended from the RCC roof and made air tight, so that the positive pressure in the room does not bring down the particles above the False Ceiling. All 90deg. joints between wall-wall, wall-floor & wall-ceiling are rounded off with masonary Coving or Epoxy Coving to facilitate cleaning.

Floor should be seamless, without joints with smooth finish. Poured Epoxy or PVC floor with welded joints is preferred.

In Modular Clean Rooms the entire area is created with Pre-engineered Modular Panels. These panels have two skins on either sides and a rigid in-fill is sandwich between these skins. 

The skin can be of Powder coated aluminium, Prepainted Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, High Pressure Laminates or even transparent Glass or Polycarbonate sheets, The in-fill could be Expanded Polystyrene(EPS=Thermocole), Poly Urethane Foam, Paper Honecomb, Rockwool etc. 

The panels are joined in a progressive or non-progressive manner along their ends that are finished as male-female joints such as Tongue-Groove etc. The skins along with the in-fill is rigid and self supporting. These panels are strong enough to stand without any additional supports. 
After the wall panels are assembled with doors at appropriate locations, Ceiling panels are erected on top of the wall panels. Cut-outs as required for Lighting, View Panels, HEPA filters, Diffusers, Utilities etc. is pre-fabricated in the Panels at the factory or can be done at the Site also.

With this Clean Room Structure AHU and HVAC systems are integrated to complete a working Clean Room.
