The flexible prefabricated modular wall system for Operation Theatre interior installation has a modular grid construction.

Our Fan Filter Unit is a silent performer.

We use a state-of-the-art imported compact Motor-Blower assembly from Germany. Room-Side-Replaceable (RSR) Minipleat HEPA filters are used. These filters are installed by Gel-gasketing method, which ensures leak free performance and ease of installation/replacements. In Operation Theatres conventional HEPA filters with flanges are an eyesore as numerous screws and fasteners are visible from the OT. The entire FFU is less than 12" high, so these can be installed even below the false ceiling.

FFUs are installed in such a way that the entire OT table is covered by the sterile air. Provisions are made in the FFUs to take air from the AC duct and delived sterile air to the room or to take air from the OT itself. These units are available in GI-powder coated or aluminium or SS304 construction. The Fan Filter Units when installed in a frame is called Laminar Flow for OT. LAF for OTs are normally of sizes 6ft. X 4ft. or 8ft X 6ft. We can suit the Fan Filter Units for any size of Laminar Flow Unit.

The same FFUs can be used in existing Operation Theaters with Split ACs or Window ACs.

Provision for Operation Theater light will be provided if specifically mentioned, all details such as Diameter if the stem with height /length needed.

Height of Fan Filter Module is less than 13” this can be installed above the false ceiling, can be installed below false ceiling also. Conditioned air is supplied through Supply Air Duct to the Fan Filter Units which in turn deliver HEPA filtered air to the Operation Theatre, rendering it Sterile. Contaminated air is picked in Risers at low level and conveyed to the AHU for reprocessing.

No major changes in the system if there are minor changes in orientation/size of the room changes (minimum).

Other interior options such as, Offline OT-LAF, Wall and Ceiling panels in PPGI or SS304 construction are also available.

Having installed numerous Laminar Flow for OTs with & without HVAC, we are confident to handle any upgrade of Operation Theatres to meet regulations and NABH requirements. We manufacture our Laminar Flow units with state-of-the-art HEPA filters and heavy duty Blowers. HEPA filters are selected for enhanced performance and extended life. These have been installed in many Hospitals & Pharma Companies and working continuosly, 24 X 7.

HVAC system is designed by qualified and experienced design Engineers to meet NABH requirements. HVAC and LAF are integrated and matched perfectly.  

Modular panels made of SS304 sheet with leakfree joints are erected with matching Covings, Return Air Risers/Grilles and flooring. Provision for OT light, pendant gaslines, utilities are also provided.
